Shipping Policy

Shipping process

First of all, we'll send you a confirmation email with your order summary. This also means that we have started processing your order, which usually takes us 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 12:00 GMT, we will start working on your order the same day. Afterwards we will dispatch your order and you will receive another email containing tracking information. You may expect your order to arrive between 4 - 6 business days (Monday - Friday). We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delayed orders

Has maximum shipping time elapsed and you haven't received your order? We are sorry for the inconvenience, but delays can sometimes happen due to many reasons. Please be patient and give us an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday). If you don't get your package by then, please contact us at support@strictly-men.com and we will look into it.

Order Cancellations

Something happened and you have to cancel your order? No worries, we can do that! Just reach out to support@strictly-men.com and let us know your order number. But please do it as soon as possible, once order has been processed, we can't cancel it anymore.

Wrong or Damaged Items

Did you receive a wrong size, different color or maybe your order is damaged? We will deal with it. Please take photos of the problem and let us know at support@strictly-men.com. We will deal with it for you and please excuse us for the problem.
